Daniel Matoušek, a tenor from Ústí nad Labem, is a permanent member of the National Theatre Opera in Prague, where he has been performing since the 2022/23 season. He performs roles such as Nemorino, Don Ottavio, Tamino and Rinuccio and also guest performs at the National Theatre Brno, the Slovak National Theatre and at foreign festivals in Germany, Italy and China.

He studied under prominent singers, including Kateřina Kněžíková and Adam Plachetka, and collaborated with conductors such as Marco Guidarini, Robert Jindra, and Jan Kučera. In 2024, he released his debut album 'O sole mio' with the Czech Radio Symphony Orchestra and appeared in the Hollywood film The Crow.
