How can I check the availability of goods in the store?

You can check the availability of goods in a specific store online at our e-shop or by contacting the store by phone.

How long does it take to deliver an order?

Which company will deliver my order?

Our orders are delivered by reliable shipping companies DPD and Packeta.

How can I track the status of my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a confirmation and a link to track your shipment. You can also track the status of your order by logging into your account on our e-shop.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed, we can provide you with instructions for returning the goods or exchanging them.

How can I return or exchange goods?

Personal collection and adjustments of goods

Can I pick up the goods in a brick-and-mortar store?

Yes, it is possible to pick up the goods in one of our stores. Simply select the in-store pickup option when ordering.

What if the size doesn't fit me?

If the size does not fit you, you can have your garment shortened or lengthened in all our stores in the Czech and Slovak Republics. If you do not choose from our collection, you can use our tailoring services at Krejčovství Blažek. We will tailor your garments exactly according to your wishes, with attention to every detail.

How can I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking Register on our e-shop and filling in the required information .

What is the procedure if I forget my account password?

If you have forgotten your account password, you can use the password recovery option on our e-shop. After entering your email address, a link to reset your password will be sent to you.

How can I deactivate my account?

If you wish to deactivate your account, please contact our customer support who will provide you with further instructions.

How can I subscribe to the newsletter?

You can subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the page in our e-shop or during the registration process. This way you will be regularly informed about our news, discounts and promotions.
