Consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes

By checking the box, I express my consent to the processing of my personal data for marketing purposes of the Blazek Club loyalty program and inclusion in the customer database established and managed by Blažek Slovakia s.r.o., Company ID: 35917962, with its registered office at Einsteinova 18, 851 01 Bratislava, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the District Court in Bratislava I, Section Sro, File No. 34659/B, e-mail: eshop@blazek.eu ("hereinafter referred to as Blažek Slovakia, s.r.o."), as the administrator of this personal data. The processed data includes personal data within the scope of the registration form, records of movements on the website of Blažek Slovakia, s.r.o. (so-called cookies), data on orders and purchases. I agree to the possibility of using manual and automated processing, on the basis of which it may be decided to create a personalized offer of products or services, send commercial announcements, promotional or advertising materials or invitations to events organized by Blažek Slovakia, s.r.o. by e-mail, postal mail, telephone or SMS. I grant this consent for the duration of my membership in the Blazek Club and after termination of membership for the period necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the administrator and to settle relations arising from the termination of membership (archiving, etc.).

Rights in connection with the processing of personal data

You also have the right to request the correction or deletion of your personal data if they are inaccurate or if the purpose of their processing has ceased to exist. If personal data is sold to a third country, you have the right to be informed about this, as well as about the appropriate security guarantees that apply to the transfer.

Personal data is processed manually and automatically. The processed data includes personal data within the scope of the registration form and data generated by membership in the Blazek Club loyalty program, records of movements on the Blažek Slovakia s.r.o. website (so-called cookies), data on orders, purchases and information on payments. This consent I grant this consent for the duration of my membership in the Blazek Club and after termination of membership for the period necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the administrator and to settle the relations arising from the termination of membership (archiving, etc.).

I acknowledge that by granting this consent and for the duration of its duration, I become a member of the Blazek Club and can benefit from all the benefits resulting from it.
