Exchange and return of goods

Do you need to exchange or return goods purchased from the e-shop? Below you will find simple instructions on how to proceed.

Returning goods in a brick-and-mortar store

Prepare the invoice that you received with the goods.
Take unworn goods in their original packaging to any Blažek store.
The store will issue you a receipt for the returned goods and we will send the money back to your bank account.

Sending back to the e-shop

Fill out the cancellation form or send us an email with your order number.
Pack the goods carefully to prevent damage during transport.
Attach the form to the goods you are returning.

We recommend choosing shipping with tracking — you are responsible for the shipment until it is received.

As a consumer, you have the right by law to withdraw from a distance purchase contract, without giving a reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods.
