Filip Březina studied music and drama at the Janáček Conservatory in Ostrava and then DAMU in Prague, which he graduated in 2018. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Prague Municipal Theatres.

He made his debut in front of the camera in 2011 in the series 4teens and has also appeared in the films Gardening, Špunti na vode, Zlatý podraz and Zátopek. His hobbies include singing, playing musical instruments, juggling and acrobatics. He also occasionally does photo modeling.
