About the Ambassador

Ondřej Vinklát, a dancer, choreographer and composer from Liberec, is the first soloist of the National Theatre Ballet in Prague. The graduate of the Prague Dance Conservatory has already attracted attention as a member of the Bohemia Ballet and has been a mainstay of the National Theatre since 2012, where he has performed roles in both classical and modern works, such as Romeo and Juliet, The Nutcracker, Don Quixote and Kafka: The Trial.

He is a three-time winner of the Thalia Prize and also works as a choreographer and leader of the DEKKADANCERS group, with which he creates original projects for Czech and foreign stages. In addition to dancing, he is also a composer.
