General rules of the Blažek Club loyalty program
(hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”)
1. Introductory provisions
The Blažek Club loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as the "club") is a program for customers of the company BLAŽEK PRAHA as, Company ID: 25624407, with its registered office in Prague 10 - Hostivař, U Tóváren 261, ZIP code 102 00, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 12599 (hereinafter referred to as the "company BLAŽEK PRAHA as"), which operates a network of its own establishments (hereinafter referred to as the "Blažek brand stores" or individually as the "Blažek brand store") and the BLAŽEK PRAHA as online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Blažek online store") on the website www.blazek.cz. This program is focused on providing above-standard benefits for regular customers of BLAŽEK PRAHA as. Customers become members of the club based on their free will, which they express by completing and confirming the online application form, or by another expression of will required by law.
2. Establishment of membership in the Blažek Club
Any natural person over the age of 18 with a correspondence address in the Czech Republic who completely and properly completes the online registration form and who agrees to the General Rules of the Blažek Club loyalty program and expresses their Consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of inclusion in the customer database established and managed by BLAŽEK PRAHA as, as the administrator of this personal data, can become a member of the club.
Online registration is possible via the registration form on the website www.blazek.cz.
After completing the online registration form for the Blažek Club, the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "club member") is created a customer account and assigned a virtual customer card. Confirmation of registration is sent to the customer to the e-mail address specified in the registration form. Each club member has the opportunity to access their customer account on the website www.blazek.cz.
3. Rewards in the Blažek Club
Every purchase made in Blažek branded stores or in the Blažek online store is recorded in the club member's customer account. Based on the total amount of purchases, each club member is assigned to one of four membership levels (3 star, 4 star, 5 star, 6 star - Chairman), receives rewards in the form of a Reward card and benefits from other benefits associated with the given membership level. The membership level is updated daily based on all purchases made in the previous 24 months.
The total amount of purchases recorded in the club member's customer account also includes withdrawal from the purchase contract, i.e. the return of goods purchased in Blažek branded stores or in the Blažek online store.
The total amount of purchases recorded in the club member's customer account does not include purchases made at the Blažek custom tailoring shop, Nekázanka 11, Prague 1.
A current overview of all benefits for individual membership levels is available on the website www.blazek.cz and also in all Blažek brand stores.
BLAŽEK PRAHA as reserves the right to limit the issuance of Reward cards and the use of other benefits associated with membership in the Blažek Club in the event of suspected misuse of a customer account. The club member will always be notified of any restrictions on the issuance of Reward cards and restrictions on the use of other benefits.
Upon termination or termination of a club member's membership in the Blažek Club, the right to receive rewards and to use all other benefits associated with membership in the Blažek Club ceases as of the date of termination of membership. All rewards within the Blažek Club, i.e. in particular the Reward Card, are not legally enforceable.
4. Blažek customer card
Immediately after registering for the Blažek Club, a virtual customer card is generated for each Blažek Club member at the same time as a customer account is created. Customer card number Each club member can find it in their customer account after logging into their customer account in the "Login" section on the website www.blazek.cz. Only one customer card number can be generated for each club member.
A club member must prove their membership in the Blažek Club by presenting their customer card number before making a purchase. Without identifying the customer account of the Blažek Club member, none of the benefits of Blažek Club membership can be applied in Blažek branded stores. When shopping in the Blažek online store on the website www.blazek.cz, identification of the Blažek Club member is also required to benefit from the benefits associated with Blažek Club membership, by logging in to the customer account of the club member.
5. Reward card
Depending on the current membership level and the amount of purchases, the club member receives rewards in the form of a Reward card. Reward cards are generated on the first day of each month from purchases and returns for the two previous calendar months, with purchases only counted from the first of the two months and returns counted from both months. The Reward card is then sent to the club member's email address.
The minimum value of purchases to obtain a Reward card is 10,000 CZK. If the value of purchases does not reach this minimum value, then the purchases are carried over to the next period. The balance of purchases is also carried over to the next period if the total amount of purchases made in a given period was not used to generate a Reward card.
Objections to the accuracy and completeness of the statement can be raised no later than 3 months from the date of the last statement. The amount of purchases and also the Reward Card overview are listed in the club member's customer account, which is available after logging into the customer account on the website www.blazek.cz. If the club member's objections to the accuracy and completeness of the statement are found to be justified, BLAŽEK PRAHA as will provide the club member with a new Reward Card within one month of receipt of the objections.
The Reward card is valid for two months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated directly on the Reward card or in the club member's customer account. It can be used in any Blažek branded store in the Czech Republic, except for the e-shop and the custom-made Blažek Tailor Shop. The Reward card cannot be combined with other discounts. The Reward card cannot be exchanged for cash, and it cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers and services.
Each Reward card shows the discount value and the date by which it can be used. The Reward card is tied to the customer account to which it was issued and can therefore only be used for purchases that are tied to the same customer account. Any discrepancies and contradictions between the customer account to which the Reward card was issued and the account to which the purchase using the Reward card is to be registered are grounds for not recognizing the Reward card and the employees of the Blažek brand store will not accept such a Reward card.
6. Reward card not recognized
BLAŽEK PRAHA as reserves the right not to accept the Reward card if:
1. The Reward Card is issued to a different customer account than the one to which it is to be applied;
2. the Reward card has expired;
3. The reward has already been redeemed;
4. the Reward card number or expiration date is illegible;
The 5th club member received a Reward card in violation of the General Rules of the Blažek Club loyalty program.
7. Registration of purchases without a Blažek customer card
If a Blažek Club member does not prove their membership in the Blažek Club before making a purchase in a Blažek branded store, this purchase can be added (registered) to the customer account within one month of making the purchase.
You can request additional loading (registration) of your purchase by sending an e-mail to klub@blazek.cz with the sales receipt number and Blažek customer card number. A maximum of one purchase can be added in one calendar day. purchase made.
The purchase is subsequently charged to the customer's account within 7 days of submitting the request.
8. Updating contact details
A club member can change their contact details by updating their contact details in their customer account in the "Change details" section after logging into their customer account on the website www.blazek.cz. The e-mail address, which is linked to an existing customer account and which serves as a unique identifier for the customer account, cannot be changed. In the event of a change in the e-mail address, it is necessary to create a completely new customer account and then request the transfer of the purchase history from the original customer account to the new one at the e-mail address klub@blazek.cz. By transferring the purchases, the original customer account, including the original customer card and e-mail address, will be deleted.
9. Changing the password for accessing the customer account of a Blažek Club member
In case of loss of password (forgotten password) for logging in to the customer account of a club member, it is possible to obtain a new password by clicking on the link "Forgotten password" in the "Login" section on the website www.blazek.cz. In case of suspicion that the password for accessing the customer account of a club member is known to an unauthorized person, the club member is obliged to change the password in the "Change data" section after logging in to the customer account on the website www.blazek.cz.
10. Termination of membership in the Blažek Club
Membership in the Blažek Club expires if:
1. the club member provided incorrect information when registering with the Blažek club;
2. The club member abused the benefits provided by the Blažek club, or committed another
3. acting in violation of the General Rules of the Blažek Club loyalty program; at the request of a club member;
4. the club member withdraws the Consent to the processing of personal data or this Consent expires in another way.
11. Final provisions
The current version of the General Rules of the Blažek Club loyalty program is available on the website www.blazek.cz and also in all Blažek branded stores. BLAŽEK PRAHA as reserves the right to change the General Rules of the Blažek Club loyalty program at any time, especially all conversion coefficients. Blažek Club members will be informed about these changes on the website www.blazek.cz.
BLAŽEK PRAHA as reserves the right to terminate the activities of the Blažek Club at any time. The date of termination of the club's activities will be announced in Blažek branded stores and on the website www.blazek.cz. If a club member has made purchases in the amount necessary to generate a Reward card by the date of termination of the club's activities, BLAŽEK PRAHA as will provide the club member with the corresponding number of Reward cards according to the valid conversion coefficients. In such a case, the Reward card must be redeemed within 2 months of the date of termination of the Blažek Club's activities. The balance of purchases for which a Reward card has not been issued will expire on the date of termination of the Blažek Club.
These General Rules of the Blažek Club Loyalty Program fully replace all previous rules relating to the Blažek Club, in particular the rules governing the activities of the Blažek Club and membership in the Blažek Club, as well as all other rules related to the Blažek Club issued before 01.02.2025. These General Rules of the Blažek Club Loyalty Program also replace the rules specified in the member's application for the Blažek Club, which was registered before the effective date of these General Rules of the Blažek Club Loyalty Program.
These General Rules of the Blažek Club loyalty program are valid and effective from 01.02.2025.
